Disaster Recovery Services Co-ordinated by the NSW Department of Community Services
All persons who have been affected by the disaster are encouraged to register under the NSW Disaster Relief Scheme to ensure registration for public appeals funds.
To provide a whole of Government approach, two (2) One Stop Recovery Centres have been established at the following locations:

Financial assistance may also be available under the NSW Disaster Relief Scheme for essential household items lost in the disaster as well as assistance towards restoration of homes to a safe and habitable condition. Eligibility for assistance is determined as a combination of disposable income/assets and assumes no insurance cover.
